Challenge
In the management of client services, particularly within the realm of YouTube Multi-Channel Networks, DRM encounters challenges related to commission and revenue management. With a multitude of partners relying on DRM to ensure the timely disbursement of their earnings, the administrative aspects of calculating commissions present obstacles, especially as the partner network continues to expand.
Our Solution
In response to these challenges, we developed a comprehensive solution. This system introduces a user-friendly dashboard accessible to both DRM and their partners. Within this platform, we have implemented an automated application designed to streamline revenue and commission distribution. Our objective is to significantly enhance the efficiency of revenue and commission calculations, saving both time and resources.

Our solution empowers partners and DRM to efficiently oversee their channels, with a specific focus on revenue and commission management. Partners gain real-time access to channel-related information and earnings, all facilitated through an automated calculation system. This feature ensures that partners receive detailed reports promptly and accurately
The Impact
The current system significantly enhances DRM's partner management. Previously, DRM encountered challenges when handling partner registrations due to resource constraints. Now, with the implementation of this dashboard, partners and DRM alike experience increased satisfaction, as the system greatly streamlines their processes and simplifies their operations.
